Great location, entire staff is friendly and helpful. Sam gave us a great recommendation to help our senior dog. Our doggo was having joint issues and trouble moving, Sam recommended a supplement that has helped our girl immensely, she is good as new!

Many thanks to the Loyal Companion Portland store for helping get us prepared for our camp trip! Fron tick and flea protection to toys for the lake the staff is knolwedable and friendly. This is our go to store and will continue to come here for great products and fantastic advice.

Our dog got so dirty at the beach. We took him right to Loyal Companion for the def dog wash station. It was quick, easy and a great deal!

There is not a better friendly, knowledgeable staff then this store! The store has a great selection and if they are out of anything...they offer to get it for you AND follow-up! The best customer service and the new rewards program is phenomenal!! Nothing better than Happy Dogs!!
