Love this store. The staff is amazing and always greet my difficult child puppy with a smile and a cookie. Store is clean and tidy. Pet washing station is great and easy to use. And they always have my brand of dog food which is sometimes difficult to find.

Great local store to find anything you need for your fur babies. They also have washing stations, if your dog needs a bath. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also love meeting your four legged friends. I definitely recommend this business. Thank you!

I love this place! They carry really good, healthy options for my dog. They're fairly priced, offer lots of free samples so you can try before you buy, & all the staff is friendly & helpful! Esp Mary Ellen! She's fabulous! Very helpful & sweet.

Great customer service, selection on food, toys, supplies, and they have a DIY dog wash for $10 first time free that I take my dog to! They also include shampoo, conditioner, towels, dryer, and a treat with the wash.

It is unfortunate that the employees are not wearing masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have always shopped there in support of our small Rose Hill shopping center but will shop on-line or at another pet store in the Kingstowne area where they care enough about their customers to wear masks. Very disappointing. May 22, 2020

OK places. Needs more cat stuff and reduce the price of what they have. The cashier is not the most friendly person in the world. Will only return if I'm in a pinch for something if I'm at Safeway.

Great selection of pet products. Nicely kept local store. Bathing facilities are excellent. Highly recommended.
