The store manager is not capable of the position. He is very unfriendly to the Asian. He did not listen to Asian people's explanation. He threatened me to call a police with the language that I harass his customer. Below is the story. I purchased guppies and catfishes that were about $50.95 plus tax. I used a $15 off $50 coupon. However, I paid $44 something for the purchase. When I checked the catfish price, I figured out the price is not accurate I was over charged for $6 dollars. I asked him to return my money and he only wanted to return me $1 something because I used coupon. I tried to explain to him the issue but he just tried to ignore my request. Okay, it is fine. Please return the whole order. Guess what, I only received $35 something for the return. I tried to explain to him it is not right. He rudely refused my request again. I asked him for the purchase receipt and want to show him the issue by comparing the purchase and return receipts I only have the return receipt. He said he threw it without asking me in the trash can. Anyway, he just did not want to listen to me. So, I accused him that he stolen my money. He then threatened me to call the police by saying that I harass his customers. I replied him fine, please call the police. Then, he disappeared. So, I could not do anything in this case since the store manager would not confront his customer for the truth..... I ended up posting this story in google review for your information how the store manager behaved to an Asian.

NO compassion for your furry clients- I visited this location on 10/4/2022 for a particular bird food. I explained to the employee that my online order had not shipped and my cockatiel was not open to eating any other brands or feeds. I struggled the night before with this. She initially expressed understanding saying she, too, had a cockatiel. I noticed the store stocked the Higgins brand, but only had the parrot bag on the shelf. She proceeded to go to the back of the store and check for the cockatiel feed and came back stating they were out. Having 5 years of prior customer service experience, I asked, can you please scan the barcode label to check the inventory? She said, I guess, and I directed her to the proper label. Upon scanning, she identified that the feed was indeed in stock, and asked that I come back in the morning at 9am for the food after it was stocked? I expressed concern that my cockatiel would not eat anything else tonight, unlike my 2 conures who were easier to satisfy with an alternative brand. The employee then went to the back of the store and in a matter of seconds came back restating to come back tomorrow morning after the pallets were unloaded because she had no way of knowing exactly where it was. She proceeded to the front of the store to another employee at the register as to chatter about my request. I not only left feeling upset and dismissed, but felt a lack of compassion for my cockatiel as well. I do not plan to visit this location again.
Sharon is an excellent trainer for my dog, Ellie. The employees always greet us with a smile and provide excellent customer service.
Terrible service. Went in to get prescription food for my dog and they didnt have it in stock. Was told by an employee that the truck would be unloading a new shipment tomorrow and that i can call in the morning to have some set aside for me. Next day came and i called but there was no dial tone. So i came in and was told that the exact same thing. Im pretty sure the “shipment will come in tomorrow” is something they tell employees to say just to get people out of their face because its not the first time ive been told this. After checking, he told me that the phone service was down why arent any of the employees aware of this beforehand. Seems like they just want to keep phones disconnected so that they dont have to deal with customers calling them. 30miles. Each day. Just trying to get prescription diet for my dog with kidney disease. No employee ive dealt with seemed to care. Theyre just there to get their paycheck.
Amber is wonderful! She worked us in and treats our fur babies so well. I will definitely bring them back to groom. I have a 15 year pitbull, 12 year chihuahua and a 7 month chihuahua and she gives them extra love. Highly recommend!

Good place for domestic pet supplies. Would recommend doing research on any small mammals and exotic pets before coming here, their options are limited, or not good for exotic pets.
I took my new adopted kitty into the vet there and was very pleased with the service, the wait time was less than 10 minutes, and the attentiveness of the veterinarian staff was exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone.
Always clean and week stocked. The workers here are friendly and happy to help. We buy food for our dogs and lizard here.
