Grooming appointment for our 12lb dog - the store did great; exactly what we hoped for. Marvin came back nice and clean. The shop was easy to find they have their own door or you can enter through Petco and he was done in less than 2 hours.
Had a great experience with training with Sara! Look forward to going back for more. All staff have been friendly, accommodating, and professional.
Have been coming since they opened for cat food, dog food, and dog grooming. They have been frequently out of vital items and never have a solid answer when asked about availability. The level of customer service definitely leaves the customer wanting. No real care or knowledge is shown when customers are in need of help. They also move the items in the store in nonsensical ways that probably has more to do with corporate uniformity than ease of use for the customer. I have been going to Petco for my pets needs for over 20 years and have been sad to see the degradation of the chain. I had my first dog trained there. I can only say that the location is convenient to my home
This shop is fairly convent for me to get to. The folks who run the store are nice and helpful and you can get in and out quickly. This store consistently has the big bag of Solid Gold Wold King in stock which I appreciate. Petco beats the other stores and internet delivery outfits on price of this particular kibble. AND... Freddie's is right there next door so you can duck in and get groceries and that store has the best selection and price on micro-brew beer :
Cool pet store for TOYS and MAYBE food. DO NOT VACCINATE PET HERE. Incredibly unprofessional people vaccinating the dogs. Lady vaccinating pets coughing all over the place. Seemed like the vaccinators achieved their job through an online course. My dog was shaking when he came in here , I take him EVERYWHERE with me, and he does NOT shake like that. I really think the “vet” sections needs to be shut down. It is incredibly gross, very unclean and So gnarly…Please, spend the money for a professional vet
You know this place is probably great but don’t come here if you have fish, birds or rodents. They have minimal supplies for those kinds of animals and I’ve gone here thinking I’ll find the filtration media needed for my big 75g tank and have not.
My dur baby usually goes to another petco for grooming but I decided to take her to this one, she was so stressed out when we left. Her nails weren't buffed properly and were still pretty long, she didn't smell like she had a bath and has been shedding really bad since. They told me that she was "kennel aggressive" and she has never done this before. The other petco always calls her a Rockstar and says she was a good girl so obviously something wasn't right with whoever "groomed" my dog. I won't be going back to this one.
I’ve been buying my dog food here for year’s! Some of the staff needs customer service classes or job training! I got lots of attitude when asking a question about some dog sweater’s!
After hiking at Gorge WA side, my puppy got a lot of ticks. I and my friend checked my puppy's body all over, took out more than 20 ticks. Then I stopped by Petco on the way to return to my home. I got tick twizler, tick &flea shampoo, comb for tick/flea. I got them all I need. It helped after I went back home!
I can't stress this enough! What do you do when you take your malamute for a bath and brush, and the groomer decides that it's okay to shave the dog's back legs!? My dog's groomer was Christina P, she shouldn't be booked for dogs that have such coats she was mad that he needed more brushing than other dogs, he's a malamute!. She cut some of his behind hair because "she couldn't brush it". Petco should not let just "any" groomer groom dogs with such special coat. I'd sue them if I can! Please, save your dog the agony and take them to better people with better grooming experience.
