Wow the sales person Johnathan was incredibly rude. I went in for a bag of dog treats no biggie. He asked for my number I said I don’t have one with you I don’t normally shop here we usually buy in bulk from Amazon and we travel full time so that works for us. He said well let’s get you signed up I said no thank you I’m good. He said it doesn’t require your email I said thanks but I’m good. He said we ask this with all of our purchases I said seriously I’m good. Then Johnathan said huh weird I don’t know why you wouldn’t just sign up. I said I don’t care to thank you. He said well I need to find out what you people do that you don’t want to save a few bucks, I don’t know anyone that doesn’t want to save a few bucks, weird. I almost left without the treats at this point, pushy and rude and I won’t be back.

Jeremy was fantastic with grooming my dog. There was a small incident during her appointment that Jeremy handled professionally and did what it took to resolve the situation. It’s obvious he cares deeply for his job and his clients. Definitely recommend. My dog looks great

The store was clean. Nice sales items. Multiple options for items I was wanting to purchase. The young man checking me out was very good! I'm a retired CS trainer. I can say I would have him on my team.

The store is decent but the shopping mall is overwhelmed with shoplifters and homeless people all over the parking lot. They even have a security guard as you walk into the store. Don't really feel it's a safe to shop.

I'm not a fan of this store. The hours they have listed online and for online orders shows a different time then what they have on the door. I guess they can change there store hr whenever they want. The employees aren't friendly at this one. I'd rather somewhere.

Nice store. Came to buy my Chihuahuas dog food which was stocked and treats. And to check out a soft flight approved dog carrier for in cabin flight. There were 3 types. I chose the blue one.

Every Petco I've ever gone to had the most knowledgeable, helpful employees!! Today, my praise goes to Andi. Andi was so helpful, patient, kind and spoke from experience. She never made me feel like I was taking up too much of her time and was so, so kind. Thank you Andi! I would also like to acknowledge the cashier but I did not get his name. He too, was most understanding and patient. Thank you Petco, for employing such awesome people who care! You've set a high standard and your workers meet it everytime in my opinion. When I brought my dog in he was judge the second they saw his hair. As a dog owner I felt disrespected and disappointed because of how my dog was talked down. He is a puppy so obviously he is going to be scared and his hair is not the best as this was his first groom. I felt uncomfortable to even be in there. I think as a pet groomer you need to understand that some pet owners are not professional and there is a reason why we are bringing our dogs in. Very unprofessional vocabulary and facial experience in there. Lastly my appointment was canceled because they couldn’t control a dog and need all 4 of them to help on the dog.

I bought an expensive enclosure only a few days ago and the receipt was lost. Petco refused to take the return, even for store credit. Literally every store these days can return things without a receipt, so this is just bad business. Just reinforces why I don't buy from them unless I'm backed into a corner.

Very friendly and helpful employees. They genuinely love animals and give my dog lots of attention.
