First time riders. Direct route to New York 12pm departure. We bought out tickets online and showed up 30 minutes early and waited in line. We had one check in, a carry on and other people did too. Comfy the whole way we even took some naps. Loved the service.

Our buses to/from NYC left on schedule and arrived before schedule. Great, professional drivers.

Peter Pan cancelled my bus trip Philadelphia - Washington D.C. due to lack of people who purchased tickets. They never informed me and I waited at the terminal for a bus that didn't come. I then had to make the 45 minute walk to the MegaBus station for a bus that departed 2 hours later than my intended time. Awful customer communication.

On time departure and arrival, comfortable seating, and smooth ride.

It is an economic bus line, punctual departures, the man at the ticket window is very neutral, BUT AWFUL TREATMENT THE MAN WHO SCANS THE TOCKET HAS A RUDE ATTITUDE, THERE IS GARBAGE ON THE BUS

The bathrooms a disgusting. There never hand soap or paper towels. The place stinks and isn't sanitary at all. Peterpan ticketing center is not helpful at all

I’m traveling to New York and there are several passengers who were allowed onto the bus without masks. The driver didn’t enforce the wearing of masks, putting everyone’s safety at risk especially during the holiday season. I am incredibly uncomfortable, this is unacceptable.

The bus was good, but the app is TERRIBLE. We were trying to change the time of the return ticket, which supposedly you can do on the app. No matter how much we tried, we couldn’t get the reservation up. We tried the confirmation number different ways and last names of both passengers, we even tried the bar code number. Spent an hour trying to get it to appear and it wouldn’t. And of course, there’s no one to call. Very frustrating that when you call, it’s just a recording that tells you that you can do everything on the app, and the app’s not working.

Everything was very good until summer came, the buses don’t have a good air conditioning system and looks like an oven inside.
