My kid and I called to several different locations looking for a particular size of frozen mice for her snake and all of them were sold out beside this store. The manager, Dan, was super helpful in assisting us with finding what we needed and matched competitor prices. This establishment has good customer service and the employees are always professional and polite when we come in.
The past 3 times I’ve been in the store the prices listed on the shelf are not the price of the items when I go to checkout. Be careful to make sure you’re paying the listed price and not a higher price when you checkout.
My dog has a level 4 heart Murmur, and knowing this information, Petsmart scheduled a grooming appointment 2 weeks out and then cancelled on the day of the appointment saying that this needed to be an express appointment and the person who scheduled overlooked this medical information btw they knew this beforehand. They offered me a free grooming, I scheduled an express appointment 2 months later for two weeks out again. They call me again on the last day telling me they have a policy for not grooming pets with a level 4 heart murmur. When I asked “why did they schedule an appointment knowing this policy two weeks ago”, even their management just points their finger to the person who made the appointment and say it’s someone’s else’s fault. So in nutshell “All these stores sell the same products” the staff at this store just seems clueless to me. Don’t go here for stuff that is not cookie cutter.
If could give no stars I would.. the guy there is very rude. my fiancé was trying to get some fish gold fish for the tank. The guy asked him what size tank and he told him that we have to 2 tanks 1 20 gallon and 45 gallons. We already had fish in the 20 gallon ..The guy said that was too many fish to put in a tank. We already had 4 16cent fish in which they were very small. The guy refused to sell us the fish.. He was stating it per policy. And just stood there with other reply. My fiancé asked him so you are refusing to sell us fish and after i have told you we have 2 tank. The guy continue to stand there...I was so over it ...I told my fiancé let go cause they will not get my business anymore .so unprofessional and no customer service skills.. I going to report him.. We felt discriminated against. I dont know the guys name but i do know his face.
I think it is abusive and cruel to have dead fish that seemed to be dead for a while together with the live fish, the least PetSmart can do is remove the dead fish from the tank. It was really heartbreaking seeing the reality of captured fish

Amazing selection, wonderfully organized and clean. The dogs in the pet hotel look well kept and very entertained.
DO NOT LET THEM GROOM UR DOG IF U WANT SIMPLE DIRECTIONS FOLLOWED. I asked them specifically to take nothing off of my dogs tail Which they acknowledged I had said, and took a step further and read back my request that he’s been growing since birth, and what do they do, they cut it off! Unacceptable, and not only that after the incident there was no apology or even care for what had happened. All I’ll say is I plan to never come back.
