Terrible! The poor animals are in terrible living conditions. It’s so sad walking in there and seeing hamsters in filthy tiny cages. I also saw a couple reptiles without water dying… I told 2 of the worker there what I saw and they seemed indifferent and one told me “don’t worry about it.” Someone needs to do something about this, close this place down or hire workers who care about the well-being of these animals.
Rapper Review! I gave Petsmart a 4 star review due to one reason... the way Beta fish and Reptiles are housed. The staff in Everett is always A1 which is why it's my home store. They always keep up with the cages. So this is more of a company review. With all the space in the store there should be a better reptile and beta area. The betas sit in a cup until one is lucky enough to be chosen like the aliens in Toy Story. You only need probably 10 small 5 gallon tanks at most for the Beta fish, and the Reptiles could have a bigger cage especially being so small and overpopulated. Service is good,
For the entire courses we were asked to stand outside the classroom. We come early to let her get familiar with the environment, Karen still refused let us let us in the classroom even it is nobody here. And told us we should only consider take the lesson outside the room. Even though later my dog was getting well with other dogs, Karen insisted refusing to let us in and the reason is we looked uncomfortable in the classroom. We are reasonable parents, and willing to accept solutions best for every dogs' parents. But this time in Karen's intermedia course at pet smart, we feel being treat different and discriminated. Never come to this Everett dog smart again!

I wasn't able to find what I was looking for however the customer svc was extremely knowledgeable about their products they carry and was quick to let me know they did not carry the brand Kong harnesses. Would go back! Definitely recommend!
Excellent service always and fast and service are always with a smile and the place is always clean and my dog was very HAPPY when we went to pick him up HAPPY HOLIDAYS
If I can give no star I would. I bought fish there. They sold me sick fish, after I brought it home and put in my tank I realized. My other fish got ich too. Went back to store and tried to talk with manager. She didn’t have idea what am I talking about, she couldn’t help me on any way, she had to call someone else to help me and he recommended me to buy some liquid. Liquid didn’t help, my fish are dying. I am so mad that they are selling sick fish and don’t have any control. If you go there you will see so many dead fish. The way they keep fish there is really bad. I honestly recommend you to not buy fish at this store!!!!!! Pink one is the fish I got at Patco and I have it over 6 months. Purple one I got at PetSmart some days ago. This is so sad that I am losing them.
Hi I have a bearded dragon there and he is about 15 months now and a little under weight a staff member very nice advised me to feed it wax worms for about a week and check his weight I’ve bought 1 container of waxworms 35ct and only 15 were alive and I threw away about 5 black ones not even the whole 35 were in the container. I go back today explain my situation to the cashier I purchase 2 50ct she started to get aggravated and proceeded to question what I had asked “ if I’m paying for 50 ct and more than half are dead what can I do return the dead ones for a refund or do lo I lose my money?” She stated the containers do not come with more than half dead. So I still purchased them and came straight home and in the pictures are the results of just 1 container 14 alive and 38 dead soo PETSMART what are we the customers supposed to do in these cases because we have to travel to the store more than 1 time to get the correct amount of bugs to feed our animals and it’s shouldn’t be like that.
