I scheduled a grooming for 6:00pm May 18th. After driving 30 minutes to bring my dog in I enter the grooming room. A gal from the back curtly asks what I need. After telling her I am here for my dog’s appointment she tells the other employee “that’s yours” . The young girl looked at me briefly before going back to her grooming as she says “so we actually tried contacting you. We aren’t able to get your dog in unless you were able to come at 5:30. We had a groomer call out so we are closing early.” Keep in mind I arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45. They told me they couldn’t do the grooming and I would need to reschedule because they are leaving at 7pm instead of 9pm. I received no phone call, no voicemail, not even an email asking me to come in early or I would have. After looking back at my email they didn’t even cancel the appointment until 5:38pm so I had no idea until after their made up cut off time had passed. We then had to drive 30 minutes all the way back home to take our dog back before we could drive back into town to do the errands we had intended to do while she was being groomed. This seems absolutely crazy that I wasn’t contacted and then just expected to show up 30 minutes early, then told they were going to be leaving early rather than staying open so now they couldn’t do our groom.

Pretty expensive. Cost me $170 to get a 10 gal fish tank kit, 2 bags of rocks, 2 pieces of small vegetation and 5 cheap fish. I also had to sign up to their spam email list so I didn't have to pay even more.

So I brought my poodle in with his winter hair and they told me after he had decided to try to cut my dog's hsir, which he only shaved the neck that I need to groom him better before? I bring him to them. I'm sorry, aren't you the groomers? So they sent them home with a shaved neck. And nothing more told me to go to a vet. I have talked to several other groomers. That said, that is ridiculous and they have looked at my dog. If you can't do a poodle, you should probably not work there.

We get stuff for my mom's cat there. It's a pretty cool place. They got cats for adoption. Stop in and check it out

Before and after pics of my dog after she was groomed. Wasn't exactly what I wanted at the time but turns out it's really hot in the lower 48 so I think she appreciates the short trim. Staff incredibly kind and great with the dog. Would go again

Very friendly staff from the minute we walked into the store! It was a quick trip for dog treat. My pup was happy when we opened it for him.

I did my dog training with Quincy, she was wonderful, so patient and took extra time with whomever needed it, she had answer's to all questions, a real pleasure to work with, I can now take my Shepard on walks, she actually listens to me. Thank you so much. Isabel McLane

We just got a new husky so I was looking for toys for her. Sarah, their dog trainer, took her time with me and helped me pick the toys. Each one was a hit! Look for her if you visit and need great advice!!

Quincy, the dog trainer, is wonderful with our dog Maddie. She's come a long way in her training.
