I love Phantom and have been going there for years. Huge selection and typically good sales. Just keep in mind when budgeting that the new luxury tax of 12% has taken effect. This tax is in addition to sales tax.

Very cool store. Everything from sparklers to sirial mortars. Admittedly since fireworks are finally legal to purchase for Pennsylvanian's I'm pretty stoked. Prices and inventory is found online you can shop online and pick up in store. Staff is very heloful- let them know how much you want to spend and they'll suggest great packages or stand alone items. Because to have a current state or federal photo Id or you cannot enter the store.

Best place for fireworks, unfortunately since PA. legalized fireworks, there is a 28% tax above the 6% sales tax! Hopefully they build one in WV!
