Pharmacy Express

Bruce and the rest of the staff at Pharmacy Express have always been absolutely wonderful! Whether it's finding programs to save me money on drugs that weren't covered by my insurance, tracking down hard to find medications that had been back ordered or coming in to meet me on a Sunday evening to ensure I had everything I needed as soon as I checked out of the hospital; they've consistently gone well above and beyond the standard set by pharmacy chains. They're are plenty of pharmacies closer to my home, but none that even come closer to comparing to the quality provided by the Pharmacy Express team!!

Bruce Jeff and the other staff are so kind and friendly, they have gone out of their way to find coupons, and order medicine for me, to save me money and make sure I have what I need! I was lucky to be referred to them, it’s a small pharmacy and run by Bruce, he knows his stuff and cares about everyone who walks through that door! They also pack my meds for me every more month and it makes taking them so much easier. I love this Pharmacy and everyone there, they are family and I’ll never go anywhere else! New to the Omaha area relocated here to work a job. I’m originally from GA and my doctors are from GA. Well the week before I came to Omaha I googled local pharmacies and found this place. I called and spoke the the owner and explained my situation and told him my medication and that I would be getting it sent from my doctor in Georgia. He explained it would be absolutely no issue at all. Well a week later I came into the pharmacy and of course I was lied to. I guess it was okay though because he politely told me he couldn’t fill my medication so I guess that makes it okay. If your not from Nebraska I wouldn’t go here to fill your prescription. The way it was worded was that he pretty much didn’t need my business if I wasn’t from Nebraska so I carried it elsewhere to another local pharmacy where it was promptly filled not naming because I’m sure he treats the other customers that are from Nebraska just fine

Bruce is absolutely amazing! They always go above and beyond to help their customers even meeting during off hours. We order all of our fertility meds thru them, and Bruce always makes sure to get them to us promptly. Love being able to get specialty medications thru a locally owned pharmacy!

I absolutely love Bruce and all of the staff at Pharmacy Express! They always go the extra mile for me and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers! Especially for all of you out there dealing with fertility medicine. I don't live in Omaha anymore but I still try to give them all the business I can! I seriously can not recommend them enough!

We were sent here for a specialty item recently and I the experience was overwhelmingly good. Bruce was not there the first day but the staff that were treated me very well. Two days later, Bruce called me to say he’d worked my med through insurance and saved me a boatload of $ I wasn’t expecting. I will be recommending them forevermore!

I'm nearly 65, so I've used many pharmacies over the years in 25 or 30 states. I have never in my time been so well taken care of as I have by Bruce and the crew at Pharmacy Express. I often feel like I am his only client because of all the care he takes in monitoring all my Rx's. Bruce & Co is as close all you'll ever have to your own personal custom pharmacy. Amazing customer service. Bruce and his staff pride themselves on getting it right when it comes to your health and pharmacy needs. I don’t have insurance. So I self pay everything. I had just got out of the hospital, they had my medications ready. Explained everyone of them to me. Bruce and his staff went above and beyond to get my medications transferred from Walgreens and CVS. The Walgreens and CVS pharmacy were charging me so much I couldn’t even pick up most of my breathing medications. Now I have all of my medications at Pharmacy Express. All meds were affordable and some of them half the price. Thank you so much BRuce and staff.
