As a prospective candidate working with PharmaLogics, I had the pleasure of working with Rachel Sullivan Recruiting and Michelle Kazanowski Project Management. From the very beginning working with both the communication, follow up, and commitment to their customers candidates and clients was apparent and honestly surprising. It has been almost a decade since I’ve been in the market for a new career opportunity and I was not expecting the type of proactive support and professional guidance received by both Rachel and Michelle. Rachel was the first one who connected with me about an opportunity- which I wasn’t ultimately in the market for, but there was something about Rachel that made it ‘easier’ for me to be open-minded and considerate to what is out there in the industry and opened my mind to something new. I’m grateful to Rachel for assisting me through the exercise of simply updating my resume which it had been 7+ years since doing so and providing feedback for what is useful based on her experience. Once Rachel got me in the door with a potential opportunity, Michele took over my continued support throughout interview process. She followed up with the client immediately on questions I had and provided educational references for areas I wasn’t familiar with.
