After 20 years, our heating unit failed. Pharo was quick to respond. Pharo was actually the most reasonable cost wise. We got bids from two other outfits. We were able to purchase the two stage energy efficient unit with smart thermostat -compared to conventional heating units by other vendors. We were informed on the rebates and specials- not high pressure. Jeff H. and DJ, our installers- were professional, courteous, arrived on time, had drop cloths on the floor and were spot on with the window of time they needed for the install. They were also kind to our quirky dog. They worked with our unconventional schedule. Nice to wake up to a warm house and a super quiet unit- Thanks guys!

Ryan and Chuck were fast, courteous and professional. I would recommend Pharo for any heating and A/C work needed. They have always done what was requested and not trying to up sell anything that is not needed.

Derek was the guy who takes care of my furnace and my air conditioner. He is always courteous, professional, and does a great job, leaving everything as it was when he is done. I would recommend Pharo and specifically Derek to anyone!

Den and Derick were professional, efficient, and explained everything I needed to know about my new furnace system. They covered the entire path to the furnace room in canvas tarps, and left no mess behind. The new furnace is quieter, more efficient, and takes up just over half the space of our old unit...which they also made disappear quite neatly.

Dennis and Jeff H installed our new air conditioner. They were very friendly but also got right to work and were very efficient. Our new air conditioner was up and running in no time! Kudos to them!
