Phase II Hair Salon

Hi, I’ve been to the Phase II salon yesterday. Previously I didn’t get appointment so I went to the salon and she gave me an appointment for next week which is yesterday. She called me a day prior and told that there’s another appointment which is colliding with mine as she messed it up and I said okay as long as you can work it out I’m okay with this. The first image is what I asked her and the second image is what she colored me, when I said I’m unhappy with it she tried to make it a little red and that’s in the third picture. I was still very unhappy with it as you see what I expected and what I got I clearly shared the same with her but she didn’t change any. She asked me to come back after checking for a week but I’m sure she’d charge me again which I’m not okay with as I had to pay 130$ for this . I had to go home with hell lot of disappointment. The only thing I can appreciate is the efforts she put in and the time she spent patiently but I can’t appreciate her work.Service: Balayage

I highly recommend Jamie!! She did an amazing color correction on my hair. I had low expectations due to a prior bad experience somewhere else and I am thrilled with the results!

Cheri, is a great hair dresser and truly loves her job. She is practical, gives good recommendations and very mindful of your appointment time. She is great with kids too. When she retires it will be hard to fill her shoes!

I love this place. All the hairdressers are friendly. Cheri is my hairdresser and she is so considerate understanding and down to earth! More importantly, she is very professional, does her job exceptionally well and is very qualified. For me, it's a win win situation; I get rid of my grays and I get to chat with a friend! I recommend this place!
