Phat Cart

Prompting first google review. This place was shockingly good. I had pretty low expectations before trying it. Good clean home cooked flavors and dishes that stood up to takeout punishment. Not too salty or spicy so kids enjoyed too. Super friendly staff.

Great cart. Had the pork shoulder basil, "hawaiian" was delicious.

Incredible fried chicken sandwich. They fry the chicken to a crispy perfection. The pork sandwich also had quite a bit of flavor, but the chicken sandwich is what brought me back multiple times. Good service, decently quick.

Best orange chicken in the city! Their samurai sandwich is great too, but my main nosh is the OC. Orange zest in the sause, perfect chicken and good portion. When they have roti I get that too!!

my favorite food cart in Portland by a long shot. The specials right now are the pork belly chashu rice bowl and yellow curry udon noodles with crispy chicken, they are both so delicious and well thought out. do yourself a flavor.

The beef ribs are a flavor bomb! Awesome!
