Q: Do you accept _________ insurance?
A: We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota. As a courtesy, we are willing to work with other insurances. There is no guarantee that your insurance's fee schedule will be identical to Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota's and the patient will be responsible for the difference at time of service.
Q: How much do I have to pay?
A: When we speak to you to schedule, we will give you a rough estimate for the first visit for an exam & x-rays depending on what needs to be completed. Once patient is seen in our office, we will make a complete diagnosis and see if additional x-rays are needed for diagnosis.
At this time we will be able to explain what treatment is necessary and give an estimate. A treatment plan will be presented before any further work is rendered.
Q: Do you offer payment plans.
A: Care Credit is available to those who qualify. We can run an application here in office or you can apply at home at www.carecredit.com
