Dr. Chen is an incredibly caring and compassionate Doctor. I have struggled to find a doctor who was willing to find the root and resolve my many physical ailments... Dr. Chen stated we would take it one step at a time but, with great relief I am finally pain free and have had all of my complaints and problem resolved. If you are patient as he is in listening he will help you. Love the staff Gretta and Nancy are the usual faces I see along with Dr. Chen. You guys are the best! Thank you for helping me feel better.

Dr Chen is great. He will spend a long time with you on your visit and check everything, but that means a longer wait than usual at your appointment time, because he does the same for others.

He pays close and personal attention to his patients. He really cares about people. He is the best doctor I have had the privilege to know. If I had to choose between getting free care from another doctor and having to pay out of pocket to see doctor Chen, I'll pay out of pocket for his care.

We have never had any primary doctors who care so much about our conditions and were as detailed as Dr Chen. During our first visits, he always spent hours with us on reviewing every problems and records we gave to him. He found out a problem that my husband has had for many years without knowing it's severity and risk during my husband's first visit yesterday. He wrote referrals for the specialists right away to take care of the problems. We are very happy that we found him as our new primary doctor. After we learned the long waiting time from the reviews, we asked his receptionist to call us 20 minutes before he was available for us. She did a great job for us not sitting there waiting for long. Very nice receptionists!

Dr. Chen is amazing. Yes, he was late for my appointment, but after seeing him, I see why. He spends the time needed to thoroughly go over everything with you, asking questions a lot of doctors don't ask. He's definitely invested in whole body and mind health. I truly don't mind waiting, knowing I'm getting the best care in the area. He even gets on the phone to answer your questions. How many doctors do that?!? His receptionists/nurses are really nice, and they make you feel like a friend, not a patient. I'm so happy to have finally found the perfect doctor!

Dr Chen is a great family doctor. He understands chronic pain too. We have seen him for years. If my insurance doesn't cover it changes I pay to see him out of pocket with serious health concerns. He cares, he remembers everything! Has a awesome sense of humor. You're gonna wait, longer to see him. But, he is looking after everyone with great detail. Be patient.

Praise God for Dr Chen, he totally saved my life. After we had been to numerous doctors and hospitals, Dr Chen took his time with me and after an X-ray and MRI found I have severe spinal stenosis. He then pointed me directly to the right surgeon, Dr Gary Flangas, and after surgery two months ago I’m on the right road to recovery. We love you Dr Chen, thank you! Dave and Sandy Las Vegas

I love Dr Chen. Yes, there is a wait time but, that is because he makes sure that all of his patients are taken care of. He doesn't rush through patients just because he needs to make money. If you are having health issues, he helps or reccomends a specialist. He is also my pain dr & does adjustments as he is a DO.

Dr. Chen has been my doctor for 18 years. He's patient and knowledgeable. One of the best doctors in town!
