Philadelphia Convention Center Parking

Went two car show very easy to get in buy a ticket lots of restrooms only complaints are once again High concession prices for food and drink

Great staff, great acoustics, very well laid out to attend break out sessions!

I reserved on line and received an $18.00 discount for doing so. When I presented my reservation slip telling the attendant what was owed she was completely baffled. She had no idea how to subtract the 18.00 from my total. I had to wait for 20 minutes for someone else to come and take care of me. After a long day of traveling the last thing you want to do is wait to exit the parking lot. Not happy at all.

Overall it's a pretty typical parking garage. If you are attending a major event at the convention center, you will want to arrive a little early to 1 ensure your get a parking spot and 2 make sure you have enough time to find a spot and navigate your way to the event. The staff here if you can find them are not the most helpful, so you will likely be on your own.

Horrible customer service. I was talking to Al, who is supposedly the manager, and he suddenly stopped replying to my emails for no apparent reason. When I called the convention center he never responded. Finally I was able to talk to someone at the Convention Center, but unfortunately I was unable to talk to Al's superior or whoever else was in charge to get my dispute fixed.

I went there for an audition. Very easy to get to from off the interstate. The sign was posted on the highway sign. You can park in a garage or on the street. Make sure to read all sign before you park your car anywhere

Pleasant experience. They asked me when I would be back and my car was ready when I came back. The guy drove my stick shift car very well which is sadly kinda rare.

The prices for parking are absolutely rediculous!! First $45 to park in a parking lot over night then $32 for 4 hours in a parking garage and 99% of the spots in the parking garage were reserved had to go to 5th level then elevator took over 10 minutes to get to that level!

Have been here twice for a convention and very large buildings that can be confusing, but plenty of people, monitors, and signs to direct you. Very clean and nicer than some other convention centers I've been to.

Great place for parking if you are looking somewhere near the convention center. Unless there is a huge even, your likely to find a space, but it does fill up quickly for a large event.
