This dealership is great. They have a large selection of both street and off-road bikes as well as some side by sides, slingshots, and quads. What I wasn't expecting was how well stocked the accessories/gear section is. They have a great stock of riding gear. The parts counter is also very well stocked and staffed. Special shout out to Ralph for his amazing customer service in helping us get the bike we came out to look at. Over all 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a bike, gear, or parts.
I cannot say enough great things about Philadelphia Cycle Center, particularly Vince Jr. My husband recently purchased a ‘23 Suzuki Hayabusa, and the customer service we received working with Vince was very special and rare. Vince, we really appreciate you going above and beyond. The relationship that we have developed in such a short amount of time is unreal. You won our s, and Moshe and I look forward to continuing to do business with you. Thank YOU!
Service department sucks. They sell good bikes but don’t get it serviced there. Told them it was first time being serviced, brand new bike and they charged me double. Then they were trying to say that the front tire needed to be replaced and that there might be an issue with the chain at first glance. I also, asked if they had military discount and the attendant laughed said no and that he should charge me even more. So not military friendly. Then I asked what type of oil was put in to be serviced and was told kawasaki oil, nothing more. Go elsewhere to get your bike serviced.
Highly recommend for any of your motorcycle needs & accessories. It’s always a pleasure working with them! Check out Ralph or Vince for deals. They’re always willing to help out!
This place tried to over charge me for a ssr 110 for $1,700. I went elsewhere an got a 110 DX for $1,300 after taxes what a rip off an i also bought a ssr 125 for $1,600 after taxes. This place is a rip off glad i went elsewhere.
I've been comeing here for years and vince the owner has helped me out plenty of times even when I've brought some pretty rough shape bikes lol they just did my m109r and best believe she had alot of issues but one by one vince and his service team took care of them and sofar the bike seems to be running a hell of alot better i always recommend the Philadelphia cycle center to my friends much appreciated guys
Let me just say that I couldn't have imagined a better experience when buying my first bike. I did a lot of research and shopped around to about 10 dealers in the area and in NY before making my decision and ultimately buying the Honda CB650R from Vince Jr. He was polite, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and most importantly for me genuine. I called him on Wednesday looking for a particular bike, which he confirmed he had and said he would hold for me until Saturday after showing serious interest to buy, of course. Saturday came and he had kept his word. The transaction then went smoothly. Vince had good, honest advice and answered all of my questions. Thanks Vince, you got yourself a customer for life.
Excellent dealer ship. Large inventories of new and used and accessories. Straight shooters who deal with you seriously and fairly. Bought multiple motorcycles there over the years with genuine satisfaction.
Awesome place! Both Vince's are such great people! I loved the customer service from the moment I walked in to the moment I took home my Polaris 570! Will be back for future purchases for sure!
Didn't feel welcome. Got an old bike and it got back to me leaking oil. So not really happy just didn't think bikes were so expensive or unreliable. The oil leak has me reconsidering 2 wheels. 2006 katana 750f should maybe be in a museum somewhere.
