My daughter has been going here for a little over a year now, she is very happy with this program. Owner is a very reasonable guy & coaches are fantastic with the kids. Very caring place they treat everyone like family, we couldn't be any happier!

Awesome cardio kick boxing class.. Love the instructors that run the classes. Very motivating . Would recommend to any woman looking for a good work out and to get into shape.

My daughter started here when it 1st opened and she loves it. The instructors are great, the owners are always here and supportive. The gym is extremely clean. I can't say anything bad about this place. I would recommend this MMA academy to everyone that is interested.

My 3 kids ages 10, 8, and 4 have been training jujitsu here for about 8 months. They love it. The trainers are great, and Ed the owner is so he generous. Price is very affordable for all that is offered. They just completed their first tournament and all came home with medals!

awesome gym. Had a great time when takng the kick box classes. It's a great fun work out and you get your sweat on. The gym is very clean and the stuff is very welcoming and friendly. All together it was a great experience.
