Customer service is always top notch. The staff goes out of the way to make sure you are happy and comfortable in the gear you buy. They also do a lot of great things for the local running community. They are willing to special order in different color or makes of shoes if they don’t have them.

I was very pleased with both my experience and purchase. I have a bad ankle and the seller helped me find a shoe that would support my ankle while I work outside. I can definitely tell a difference wearing the shoes with the stability pads and his expertise has saved me a world of hurt and a lot of time on the bench!! Worth every penny

Top notch customer service. Took my son to get running shoes and Liz was very helpful and provided great service. She looked at my son’s feet and ankles to see what sneaker would provide the best stability for him. She also taught him how to tie a runner’s loop when tying his sneaker. The top running shoe store in the area.

My husband and I both had great experiences trying on and purchasing new running shoes from PR Manayunk. Staff is very knowledgeable. We will definitely purchase running shoes from PR again when we need them!

Living in Manayunk and working in Center City, I've always had several PR locations to count on. As such, I never truly called one home. Enter COVID and remote work and my already positive experiences with PR has continued to expand - almost exclusively at the Manayunk location. If you look at my other PR location reviews, you'll note the excellent, friendly staff as a theme. No different here. They will say hello and leave you be if you are just popping in to reload a few running necessities. They will drop nearly everything to help you find something. They know a thing or two about shoes, offer advice and suggestions on pretty much any running related product and fitness in general, and do so without making it feel like a 'big sell'. The selection in the Manayunk store seems larger than the other locations in the city. I like the wall of shoes and the treadmill mid-store for testing them. Come on the right nights non-COVID and you'll find a run group ready to welcome you. The best part if how flexible they are with those groups and how they'll even keep the store open a bit longer for you to collect things post-run. Check them out. Might even see you around...

When the shoes I originally bought on line were too small, the staff at PR helped me find a new pair that fit much better and helped me exchange my previous pair even though they had been worn. The staff was so friendly, helpful and attentive to my concerns!

I just called this awesome customer service Representative Jess to tell her " Thank you "I have second toe pain in left foot and ACL deficiency in left knee, not finding the right shoes and the pain felt in my feet , were my greatest woes. I got sized correctly,"thanks to Jessica. I bought 2 pairs 1st,then returned and bought two Arahi's. Let me tell, I'm so happy to be pain free and " I know my size". She was so patient . The ONs are the first pair of running shoes I purchased at the Manayunk store. I was pleased with the quality and selection there. The store was recommended, and I will pass that recommendation on.

Service here was beyond excellent. I was able to schedule a fitting quickly, everyone in the store was so kind and helpful, and I left with everything I needed. I can’t recommend this place enough.
