Visited many times and ignored just as many. Went to their home store and overheard them talking to another customer about moving to a new location and how the store at their new location was going out of business (plus other ugly things said about that store). Just thought it was so tacky that a store that overloads social media with their inspirational messages would trash talk another business like that. The clothes in the store are always limited in available sizes and might have only 2 of a style available and at least one with have some visible damage. This is not the store for my family anymore. My daughters will be shopping other than downtown Franklin.

I had a beautiful experience shopping in this store. It's full of amazing and unique items and I love that they give back. Fantastic business model. I could spend hours looking over what they have. I bought the most beautiful necklace. Their online store is great too.

They won't honor a gift card sold to me from the Cape Girardeau store. The store in Cape is now closed, so when I tried to redeem the gift card online, I couldn't. When I called to purchase something over the phone & have it shipped to me, they wouldn't honor gift cards sold from the Cape store. And their website is actually listed on the gift card! What a waste of money. Be warned before you purchase a gift card from them.

Beautiful decorated store with clothes and accessories that my wife adored. The store's mission is incredible. We will definitely be back.
