I'm giving them 2 stars.  1 star for them and 1 for me b/c I had to go home and finish making my sandwich.  I asked for extra mayo, got no mayo asked for spicy mustard no mustard  asked for extra green peppers?  You guessed it!  none.  i had to add all that plus some cheese bc my cheesesteak had hardly any cheese.  so i basically finished cooking my meal at home.  items requested on other family members subs were missing too.    we used to love this place.  one of my favorite cheese steak spots.  the bread is still super yummy but if we are going to drive 20 minutes to a restaurant, they at least need to properly fulfill my order.  oh and stop being so skimpy with the fries!  yall don't even fill up the container anymore.

Took over 20 minutes to get this. I used to work for Zero’s Subs a long time ago and it doesn’t take that ling. It didn’t even take that long when we were slam busy. I guess the manager or other workers were too busy doing other stuff because it wasn’t busy at all!

We came in right after opening. The staff was apologetic about the wait time. The sandwiches weren’t horrible but were soggy. The main issue I have is how dirty the place is. Especially around where the food is cooked. We also saw a staff member handling raw meat with bare hands. They then went about putting things away without washing their hands. I will not be eating here again due to the pricing and how dirty everything is.

SO GOOD! The best philly I've had. Got the traditional, they pack it FULL of fresh shaved ribeye. The bread is so soft and not too thick/heavy. To the cook's who worked tonight, kudos and give them an award! We will be coming back!

Most disgusting cheesesteak I have ever eaten.  Piece of bone in the meat and tons of gristle.  Will never eat here again...not to mention the service was horrible.  The kid taking our order didnt seem to know what was going on and definitely no friendly customer service.  Management better get a hold on things or they wont be open long!

Amazing amazing cheesesteak!! Was super surprised at how delicious it was. Meat, onions and peppers were cooked to perfection and the bun was just splendid! Also enjoyed the nice spiral fries. Will definitely be back!

Probably the best philly cheese steak I've had in Va Beach.  Got mine with the cheese whiz.

The food is awesome! Beat cheese steak I have had in a long time. I’m from Philly and I felt like I was eating a Philly Cheesesteak. Definitely go here they also have great meatball subs. Thank you for the great food and the sandwiches were made in the time frame they said. No wait!

This time was much better, but only received 4 stars because it seems like the sandwich is getting smaller for the money!  This location was not the best!  We placed our order at 716P and did not get our food until they were closing at 8P after my daughter went to the counter to ask what happened to our food since people who walked in after us got their sandwiches before us; they had misplaced our order!  Not very professional at all!

Wow. This place has gone way down hill. The service was horrible tonight. We ordered online and went to pick it up but it wasn't there because they gave our food to someone else. They had to remake it and when I opened it at home was very disappointed. It was supposed to a cheese steak. What I received was a rubbery, soggy bun with meat and onions. There was no cheese that I could see or taste. Is was a warm mess.
