Went there today and got some pretzels for my family and I and the second we bite into them it was incredibly doughy and tasted like crabs not the good kind we threw away pretty much everything out. Huge waste of money. 2 stars because the staff was friendly and their COVID set up is smart. Food no good. Staff good.
Classic soft pretzels, served warm with just the right amount of salt.This location has Covid protocol down. They did a great job using appropriate measures to minimize interaction and contact. Nice work, Philly Pretzel Factory!
Ordered through Uber Eats--highly disappointed. Requested no salt twice only to get very salty, hard, slightly burnt pretzels carelessly dumped into a generic brown paper bag. Phone at the restaurant went unanswered after calling in an attempt to have the issue rectified. Never again will I waste my money with this company.
As a philly native, it was a long time wish of mine to get a PPF down here in crofton. Finally, it has arrived. The staff is always super friendly and has no problem throwing in a fresh batch for me. It's a MUST on game day
Delicious hot soft pretzels. The spicy mustard dipping sauce is the way to go.

What an amazing pretzel! While guiltily satisfying, the owners are quite health conscious. A satisfying treat with warm, smiling faces. I’ll be back again with the family soon.
Pretzel tasted good but was hard from sitting in the case. Wasn't as fresh or as soft as you would want in a soft pretzel.
