Excellent customer service. Pretzels came out fantastic. I asked to make a batch of fresh pretzels and they did it without hesitation. Its a great establishment and the new owners definitely know how to run this store.
The pretzels are great and a welcome addition to any gathering. The manager, Danny, was professional and provided great suggestions.

Tried to use discount coupon from brand new entertainment book that specifically listed this location. Worker said boss didn't allow him to take those coupons. Permanently lost my business over 3 free pretzels, which couldn't cost them more than pennies to make.

Guy that runs it is pretty chill. Pretzels are usually fresh and are very tasty. Recommended.
Not fresh. Won't be back unfortunately. Nothing worse than thinking you are getting a fresh pretzel & actually get a stale pretzel. Ugh.
