Philz Coffee

This is a hidden gem great service amazing coffee. It is a little out of my way but if i am in the area I always and I mean always stop here for some java. I can pull out the laptop get some work done or grab one to go either way very enjoyable.

Philz was a nice place with quite a few very interesting choices for coffee and tea. The standard choices are there, but you can't help but want to try one of their specialty creations. I went with my fiance, and between the two of us we got 4 coffees, and all were delicious. Outside is also a really nice spot to chill and read.

Don't try ordering anything other than a really good coffee here because that's all they served. Typically I only drink espresso shots but gave me a puzzling look while nicely telling me they only made the different flavored coffees outlined in chalk behind them. All coffees can be served over ice or hot. Feel free to close one's eyes and choose any coffee because they're all good.

I am not a big coffee drinker, and I am not particularly a huge fan of straight black drip coffee. But this place knocked it out of the park. If you want a decent cup of black coffee this place will hook you up. It's like 4 dollar for a cup so it's not exactly cheap, but it's worth the price. I kind of wish they did espressos and cappuccinos, but I guess that is not their priority. They do drip coffee and they do it really well.

Mint mojito iced coffee = really great, they use fresh mint This is a Californian chain and I go there every so often to get my fix
