Broth of pho had a small hint of beef as it was sweet rather than savory. Rice noodles were the perfect consistency, chewy, but not falling apart or clumpy. Beef cuts were a little tough to chew on. Overall, a decent bowl of pho, if anyone prefers a sweet broth base.
The five star reviews are legit, that was some of the best pho I've had in a long long time. Veggies were super fresh, and the pho was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.
This is the worst pho I’ve ever had in my life. The meat is hard. The pho noodles are hard too, not even well cooked. I told the lady who’s the boss, the waitress and the cook that the noodles are hard. She said: we bought the noodles somewhere else so there’s nothing I can do if it’s hard. Sigh. Don’t come.
Overall not a bad restaurant.. The flavor of pho here is mid range, nothing too special but definitely not bad. If I was around the area more often, I wouldn't mind stopping by.. The restaurant's ambiance is very traditional in terms of Vietnamese restaurants, a tiny bit rundown but has a very "home-y" vibe to it.
Great authentic Vietnamese food. Nice and clean dining area. Our food was delicious.
Not the best location. Service is good not great. The place could be a little run-down, not fancy or modern. BUT... they might have the best pho in the valley, it's that good. 5-star pho all day long, go get some!
