Pho An Hoa

Pho broth was decent for a quick eat but it was much saltier and darker color. Could use some more meat for the X-large bowls too. The Korean Rib dish was good. Cleanliness is questionable tho.

Broth is extremely dark and not flavorful or aromatic as good authentic pho should be. They took shortcuts is making certain dishes and drinks. Overall not a great experience. I’d pass.

Their beef pho is fabulous. I get it every few weeks and it lasts about two days because the portions are massive. The stock is very savory. The meat is excellent and sliced beautifully thin. Highly recommend.

I've had the pho and hu tieu. Both are good compared to other pho restaurants in Charlotte.

I paid $5.00 extra for an extra large pho to share with my kids. It was the same size as the medium I got for my boyfriend.
