Nice and cozy feel, staff is beautiful and nice. Food fast too. Pho broth is a little sour. Everything else is perfect, very clean.

I was a regular customer here for the almost six years I lived in New Orleans, and this is an easy five star rating for me. IMO Pho Hoa is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the entire area, it soon got to the point where I never went to another Vietnamese place except here, because I knew where to go for the best pho, bahn mi, and grilled meat dishes (a favorite was the grilled pork with jasmine rice), and because I always felt welcome. This is a hard-working, family-run business with excellent food and service. Reading an unfortunate comment below (because some people are special I guess), I’m just going to say that most people don’t need to know the immigration situation of every employee at a business, and everyone there always looked happy to work there. Louisiana is a gumbo of peoples and cultures, its diversity is what makes it so great, and I couldn’t recommend this place more.

The food is great! The service is fast. The people are friendly it is open 7 days a week.
