Good pho. This place also has great Sandwiches as well.
This place has hands down the best spring rolls I've ever had! I've never had a spring roll come out with freshly cooked pork, and it was to die for. Their pho was excellent as well. This is by far one of my favorite places for spring rolls and pho now!
They have one of the most flavorful pho broths in Wichita and are now my go to pho place. We got it To Go and it was still hot enough to cook the sirloin when we got home which I can't say for other restaurants. I love that they are open until 3am on Friday and Saturday. I wish they had larger sizes with more meat but that's about the only thing that would make this absolutely perfect. My boyfriend who has never been impressed with pho he thinks it is basically overpriced ramen noodles really liked it and actually thought it was money well spent. At the risk of sounding repetitive, We will be going back.
Kind of confusing if you're not an existing customer because there is a sign on the front of the building that reads that this is a Louisiana Cajun restaurant, then you walk in and it is decidedly not. The waiter was very pleasant and helpful and explained that they ALSO offer crawfish and crab legs but I have to admit, we were expecting an actual Cajun type restaurant. The food they did have was pretty good we decided to give it a go but not what we'd anticipated at all from the signage.
I can’t say anything about the Pho, but I’ve gotte stir fry with chicken to go and there was no care put into this meal. It was sitting in a lot of liquid and there was simply no seasoning. Also it was $10! And there was more veggies than chicken. So plain. Noting special. No care. Can’t imagine any of there other food being special if they can’t make stir fry right
Stopped in to try the Pho. Pho itself was ok. Broth was average, good amount of chopped green onions. There was a solid helping of meat in the Pho, but the brisket was exceptionally fatty, so I didn't eat it. Standard basil, jalapenos, lime, and bean sprouts on the side. I ordered shrimp spring rolls, which were average, but they served it with a sub par peanut sauce. I made my own with the bottle of hoisin and sriracha on the table. Speaking of table sauces, the red pepper oil looked disgusting, the flakes look like they settled to the bottom in the 90s, the bottom layer appeared gray. The final piece was that I ordered Thai Iced Tea. They brought me a bottled version which tasted chalky. 3 others ate with me. All agreed it was an underwhelming experience. Store front was dirty, the sign for the last business is still there, Louisiana Cajun or something like that. Inside, there was a side room, for parties or something, and it looked like they hadn't cleaned up from last week's event.
Pretty good, not the best in town but had lots of noodles and meat in the combination, the pho had a good string broth flavour, could have used a little more 5 spice for my taste but maybe spot on for others. The sandwich was decent, I tried the combination not knowing what to expect, it had some things on it im not sure what they were, a head cheese of sorts maybe. My tho place had a better sandwich. I like how they put jalapeno on it. The iced sweeten coffee is very good and very strong! Damey likey!
This place has great pho, great spring rolls and the service is fast and good so if you are coming on a lunch break you can get in and out pretty well . I haven't tried the cajun menu items but that is just because I cant get enough of the pho.
This is one of only 3 places to eat pho in Kansas. If not homemade. Not to mention there is a Wichita 5 star hole in the wall behind this fine place that does rice/eggroll like no other but that's a different thing all together.
Had some delicious fresh beef pho! Regular size is plenty. I'll visit again, when I'm famished, to see the size of the large bowl.
