Pho Saigon

Food was Awesome! We traveled from San Antonio, TX to visit our daughter and loved it! Great service from our waitress whom had just started working there. We will be back again.

This is a wonderful Vietnamese Restaurant. The vermicelli salad with lemongrass beef is my favorite. The Beef Bahn Mi is really good. I usually get spring rolls, but this last time I tried the Autumn Rolls and they were fantastic. I have to try the Summer rolls next. It is just so nice that they have such a great variety of delicious food. I've always received great service and the restaurant is always spotless.

This was our favorite place to eat for years. Today at lunch, we went and both ordered the pho. After putting the veggies in the bowls and taking our first bite, a baby roach surfaced from somewhere inside the bowl swimming for its life in the hot soup. We took it out and put it on a napkin and discreetly went and showed the lady at the counter. She apologized and still charged us for our food. Needless to say, we left hungry and saying we aren’t going back. That just wasn’t cool. Disappointed. 😔

Entered at restaurant at 7:25 pm. Initial waiter took drink and appetizer order, which was water and hot tea and egg rolls. Another waiter brought the water and just a cup for the hot tea. Ten minutes go by and we have to ask another waiter about the tea. Additional five minutes pass and tea finally arrives. At 7:55 pm, still no appetizers and waiters never come to table to check on us. Finally at 8:00 pm, we decide to leave. No apology from the staff at all. Definitely won't be returning.

The Pho broth was very good, with a great aroma. Unfortunately, it was a bit sweet from the star anise. Overall, very good!
