1st time ever we have tried the spicy version of traditional noodle soup, it turned out to be a great choice! The broth is made from beef bones, cooked for hours, made fresh, from scratch, every day, — traditionally how’s done; unlike other pho restaurants using tubes to mix soup. We ordered the Central Pho Combo, it has this very nice lemon grass zing in it, with just a lively mild spice you can choose spice levels, and FRESH meat & vegetables, generous portions! One of the kind authentic noodles, we haven’t seen it anywhere else in Denver or Colorado.
The BEST pho I have had since I was in Vietnam! The hosts were super friendly and my food came out so quickly just like the dining and food experience I had in Asia. Seriously amazing flavoring and good cuts of meat. I loved the golden tofu this place made my day!! I will be backFood: 5/5
This place has the best pho in Denver, that I know of. This time around, I got the spicy "Central" pho. Tofu and Veggies. Sometimes I'll get steak. But the tofu and veggies was amazing! Tofu chunks are large and cooked perfectly. This bowl is piled full of veggies. Broccoli, cabbage, bok choy, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms and green onions as well as actual white onions. Of course, if you don't like any of that, just ask them and they'll withhold those ingredients for you. Tons of noodles. The broth is very flavorful and they do something I've never seen before. They know the broth gets cool half way through your meal, so they offer to add broth to the bowl for you to keep it warm!. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive, cooked by Vietnamese chefs, making it more authentic. Nice atmosphere. I honestly can't think of a single bad thing to say about it. 5 stars all the way.
My food was out within minutes of me ordering! It was so delicious and fresh, I will definitely come by again.Food: 5/5
Been here a few times now and they never fail. Fast, delicious, fresh and super friendly. The Veggie and Central Grilled Chicken Pho is amazing. The Vietnamese Egg Rolls are incredible. I can’t pick a better spot on University!
I had the rare beef pho in the spicy broth and the Vietnamese egg rolls. Very delicious and fresh ingredients. I ordered delivery and they were so fast!
The service is fast and friendly, and the food is good. I personally like how they offer another pho broth central pho. Overall, the food is good and the wait staff are helpful.Food: 5/5
If a place is going to charge $6+ for 3 egg rolls. One would at least hope they would be decent. One would assume they would not use the store bought mushy jelly rolls but. Alas. That’s what they did. Zero star effort imo.Food: 1/5
First to start off: to those worrying about the "bad service" from the reviews, it isn't bad service. they are very DIRECT in their service. tell them what you need and they'll say "yes" or "no". no bs. the "server who doesn't smile" doesn't need a smile to do their job well. if you require a smile form your server? go to chili's. Secondly, there is no drink menu, but there's a soda fountain dispenser across from the tables that tell u ure drinks. a little bit of a nuisance but it's not the end of the world. third, and MOST important... if you are vegetarian, please ask them if their BROTH IS PORK BASED. my an omnivore broth tasted the same as my partner's a vegetarian. For the actual review, the food is astounding. I had the Central Beef and Brisket it says raw but it cooks in the broth guys and as u can see, the bowl was the size of my hand. The wait? none. Im serious. We waited 2 minutes for our appetizer the spring rolls and 5 minutes for our bowls of pho. now it's also good to point out that no one else was there when we came in, but regardless, this was our experience. i have never been in a restaurant with a wait time so fast. when they did start getting a bit more traction in the night, they retained the quickness. im giving this 5 stars because i have been in other restaurants around the same area. for the amount theyre charging u? ure walking out with good food and a full stomach. there ain't a lot of versatility with their food options, but when it comes to fast service, fast food, and being left beyond satisfied? Pho Saigon is definitely your best bet.
Warm interior and straight forward but considerate service. this place has such flavorful vegetarian pho and absolutely hit the spot after a long day. 10/10 I wish I could take this place with me to every city in the US Vegetarian options: Central veggie and tofu pho is SO yummy and comes with veggie broth
