Pho Sate

Food is delicious, relatively healthy, and very affordable. There are few things in this world more comforting than a huge bowl of Vietnamese soup. The wait staff is very direct and bring the food quickly. I recommend the steak and brisket and discourage anything with meatballs. The only downside is that they do not serve alcohol, though not a big deal if you know ahead of time. The noodle, non-soup dishes are great as well.

Wife and I love this place! Their sate sauce is the best for pho. Dine in or takeout the food experience is the same. This definitely is the best pho in the northern Virginia area. We always get large 101 and some spring rolls.

I have tried most of the Pho places around the region. this is hands down one of the best places to get the addictive pho in the cold wintry days that tastes delicious. However, My only complaint lately is the beverage glasses, the soup spoons and the chopsticks are filthy. There are plenty of dish-washing detergents and natural ingredients that can clean and sanitize the dishes. I will give them a couple of more tries before I take my complaint to the health department. I will change my two stars to 5 stars when they start washing their dishes properly. To the owners and staff you are great people, please do something about your dishes. take a look at the spoons and chopsticks, if you are honest you know exactly what i am talking about.

Food is okay, but service sucks!!! Place was not busy, with only 4 tables of 3 people each. Full kitchen and full staff, we waited 30 min to get our orders taken while the waiters/waitresses were stand around chatting. Took 40 min for them to get us water. Waited 20 min after ordering to get our appetizers. 10 min later, we got our food. But didn't get our boba drinks til we were already finished eating! I can't stand poor service. Doesn't matter how good the food is. If service sucks, the experience there will suck as well.

Very good flavor. Fine service. Less meat, even for a garnish, than used to receiving in a bowl of Pho.
