Beautiful Architecture and a shining symbol for downtown Phoenix.
Building is awesome design and occasionally Madame Mayor my be walking
It's a nice and tall building.
I work near this building and it definitely stands out. I've eaten lunch in the cafeteria and have sat outside enjoying the fountain in the front of the building. The parking garage is across the street on the south side.

This was by far the best customer service experience I've had in a public office. Staff went above and beyond in helping. I felt special.
Flood Department on 5th floor. So rude and unprofessional people. What a waste of tax money for they pay. They act like they own City. Guy at front desk threat me to call security for insisting to talk to Ellis.
Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Getting a demo permit was quick and painless. Parking garage right across the street.
