This is a re-review or update. Phoenix Flowers contacted me and sent me another Gorgeous arrangement of roses! They made my week. Thank you for the acknowledgement and the gorgeous roses! 5 My husband bought me a dozen roses for Valentines and had delivered to my office. Noticed when I got them home that three of them had already turned brown around the edges! I know he spent a fortune on them and very disappointed. Always super helpful and carrying staff! I visit them on Fridays they have 1/2 off flower stems, single Rose's etc... I enjoy picking out flowers and they are nice enough to help arrange them, cut & wrap them up for me. During my last visit here in Feb. I was helping put together a small bouquet of flowers with GLITTER for this precious lil girl! I had seem them before at Fry's store but every store I called they did not have them available. Then I remembered to call Phoenix Flower Shops and told them what I was trying to do, they were the only ones who offered adding "glitter" as a solution! They are amazing !!

My wife and I wanted to share our gratitude to an individual that had gone above and beyond for us on a special issue. We searched for a florist near her place of employment in downtown Phoenix here in the Valley of the Sun and found Phoenix Flower Shops. After carrying out research on this company, we selected them to prepare and deliver a floral gift and a box of chocolates. Emily was the representative who kindly took our phone order. We confirmed that the order could be carried out the next day during a two to three hour midday window. Emily was very friendly and helpful in providing advice via their website to us for our order. After we selected the specific floral arrangement and an accompanying box of chocolates, Emily assured us that she'd keep us posted via email concerning our transaction and delivery confirmation of our gift to the recipient. True to her word, we first received an email confirming our order and delivery details. The next day, upon successful delivery of our gift to the recipient in downtown Phoenix, we received a delivery confirmation email. Shortly thereafter, our friend contacted us to express her thrill of receiving a beautiful floral arrangement and accompanying box of chocolates! Way to go Emily!!!! Thanks to Emily and Phoenix Flower Shops for taking care of this important gift for us!! Well done you guys! Hook 'Em!

Wow what service!!!! My best friend and I stopped in to grab some balloons and a bouquet for our best friends birthday and the two amazing women working went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! We went with a selection of stems which were fresh and beautiful and a clutch of balloons. Thank you ladies so much we will definitely be back for all our flower needs!

I needed flowers for my brother in laws memorial. I ordered flowers unseen off the website. I was a little nervous but took the chance. They were beautiful! Delivered on time. Definitely recommend Phoenix Flowers! I will use them again.

Just bought flowers for my dad’s funeral spent a lot the easel was very small. I wanted mostly red and it was red and white. I also purchased a vane of flowers for my stepmom birthday I have not seen them hope they weren’t as small. Spent about 300 hundred between the two items was not worth the price.!!!

I went in and bought a plant for a friend of mine. A woman waited on me. I can not remember her name, but it was an unusual name. She was polite and friendly. However, I would suggest that you walk in with an idea in mind. Stick with what you want. These are very well trained sale's people. I actually paid $50.00 extra to have some straw tied in a bow around the plant's pot. It seemed like a good idea at the time. However, when I got it home, it was just plain old straw. I liked their selection of stuffed animals. They had plenty of green Teddy bears.

I am beyond happy that I opted to walk into this shop. I had a very unusual request and they made it happen. I had been to so many other shops in the valley and this is the only place that was able to get the flowers that I wanted.They are very friendly and helpful and I can tell that they enjoy doing the work.

Very pleased with the service and product I received. They were more than accommodating when I called to order one of the pre-designed arrangements with some of my own changes. The flowers were delivered on time and intact.

I went to this shop almost 2 WEEKS before Valentine's Day.. Purchased and order for my wife.. It wasn't cheap.. Well, they were delivered to her work BUT... She did NOT get what I paid for..!! Wasn't even close..!!!! Very disappointed.. I would NEVER go back to this place... We have one chance to get things right..
