I chose to come to Pheonix because parking down town is more trouble then I wanted. But for a library this place is so loud in not a place I recommend to go if you need a quite place to study. I asked the librarian if she can enforce the quite rule, but later discovered she was also very loud.

My kid comes here on "field trips" from his pre-k program and he always brings back something he's excited about.
