Phone Parts R Us

They sell phone that are in no good use. The phone will glitch in and out and eventually be of no use. Do not trust these people. I had a brand new phone and they fixed the screen, broke the battery charged me $150 and then charged me to fix the screen. Pleaser do not trust these people. They lie and resell used phone that only work for two months with a warranty of 30 days. The usage of the phone is horrible. Had I not said “2years” they wouldn’t even know how to reply. Horrible service and overpriced. They need to stick to fixing screens and screens only.

I dropped my iPhone 6 a few days before I was going to get it upgraded. I found this place on a google search and all the reviews were great so I gave them a try. Other places charged over 150 and the Apple Store charged 129 plus tax. This place charged half those prices and fixed it in about 15-20 minutes. It looked brand new. They were pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others and if I needed to I would go back! Thanks guys!

Had my iPhone 8 screen replaced here by a great phone technician; the customer service I received was exceptional and I highly recommend asking for karen phone technician if you ever need your screen changed if you ever accidentally drop your phone on a rock like me. Overall I give this store 5 stars for exceptional customer service and timeliness.

Service is pretty fast and professional compared to most of the stores that repair broken screens. I dropped my phone off and they performed a diagnostic test right in front of me and told me to return in 45 mins for my iPhone 6s Plus and even provided me with a screen protector with no charge. Pricing is very reasonable, my phone looks brand new! I'll definitely return back to this store.

I've taken seriously cracked iPhone 5/6 and IPad screens for repair to Phone Parts R Us and they never let me down. They've provided not only great quality work but good customer service which is important. They care about their business and their service represents that. They are quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. I wouldn't think twice about going back.

Phoneparts provides excellent service to the public. I had a issue with my phone and they provided a 100% satisfied customer experience. Phone was restored to original working order and in a timely matter. Recommend it to anyone who has any problems with a phone or needs replacement parts

Unreliable! They said they would call my husband when my phone's backside was repaired. They close at 6pm so when it was 5:50 and we still didn't get a call from them even though they said it would take 45 min we called them. At 5:55 they said they needed 10 more min to finish the job, which was fine because we live one block away. We told them for the 2nd time we NEED the phone back that day. They said they'll be there. When we got to the store the gate was down and locked up. I would have been ok bringing back my phone the next morning if I knew they were this incompetent and not capable of replacing a phone's back in a timely manner.

I will never go to another apple/samsung repair store. This is your place to go. These guys know their stuff and they are very efficient and communicative. 10/10 This a pic of my iPad that was shattered and brought back to life.

Our regular distributor was out of this part in the color we needed for a client repair. Part cost $9.99. Flat Rate Shipping $10.00. Ordered part 01/17/2018; received part 01/26/2018 via USPS regular mail from NY to MD. Then Phone Parts R Us shipped to my home instead of our computer repair store. Phone Parts R Us should have sent this USPS Priority Mail for the outrageous price they charged us for shipping. Their prices may look competitive, but watch out for the hidden cost.

They fixed my iPhone 7 Plus screen quick, and efficiently. Best place to go to in the Bronx. They are Very very polite, my “go to” place if I ever need any repairs.
