EDIT: I unfortunately had to edit my review after a bad experience. I wish I had read all of the other 1 star reviews, and only left a positive one to begin with because he offered a free screen protector for a review. The repair was done on my phone while I was visiting Houston on a trip. The screen never did look right from a color perspective, drained my phone battery constantly, and became non-responsive after less than a month. I wasn’t told until after the repair was complete that it was a non-OEM screen, and it was insisted that I pay cash. Needless to say I just had to replace the screen again and my request for even a partial refund was denied since I am not in Houston for a “warranty repair” with another cheap part. The phone repair chain that did my new screen told me that the defective one was a $15 part that can be purchased on eBay. I was charged $140 by this company that turns out to be a one man show. Buyer beware - take your phone to a known and reputable shop. Original review: Sina is fantastic - he promptly answered my request late at night and is very professional. He replaced the screen on my phone in 10 minutes and it works great.

Went in with a broken iPad screen. I thought it was just shattered. The item was worse than he or I expected but he still honored his quote. I also appreciate how he explained the damage and let us know how to handle it to prevent future damage. And a bonus, it was ready same day! Would definitely recommend and would for sure go back.
