Phone Shop

I had a great experience here! Dropped my phone off so they could repair it, went and did my shopping and went back after it was finished. They did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend this place and go back if I ever had any other phone issues

Great customer service, only shop in yakima that didn't bullshit me and could unlock a galaxy s8+ Google lock. My phone works great now and I'm happy with their service. Thank you

Cracked my screen and got it repaired here. Overall friendly staff, but immediately after I got my phone back, the screen chipped again. I later notice that first off, the screen isnt even the same as the original one that my phone came with, but that the adhesive used to secure the screen is coming loose. I went back to see what could be done and They said since there was a chip, there was nothing they could do. It's understandable, but for me to get my phone back and immediately have the screen chip without me dropping it and for the screen to come loose is unacceptable. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to fix screens especially when you pay $250 and it looks like a child ran glue along the edges

Sure they're good at their job but I didn't have any repairs done I had asked if they had a part so I can do my own repairs on my phone and all they would do is recommend that they custom order part and repair it for me which would cost me $130 more than doing it myself which I'm capable of but because of the employees confidence I. Recommend them as one of your first options if you aren't capable of doing it yourself replacing to know everything I was talking about was referring to he was very knowledgeable
