It took 7 months for me to get my disc of newborn photos. I paid upfront for prints that I still haven’t received. She will not return messages. It’s sad because she used to be a really great photographer but she has definitely let her business go over the past year.

My husband and I tried for several years to have a baby. We finally had our daughter in June of 2017. I couldn’t wait to have my daughter’s newborn pics done. I chose Kelly b/c of her newborn photography work. My daughter’s newborn pics were taken by Kelly on June 27th. My daughter was just days old at the time. We paid her in full $718 for albums and prints. Today is January 4th and I still DO NOT have any prints or albums which I paid $718. My daughter is now 6 months old. I have contacted Kelly several times and get the same BS excuses. She has been telling me for months that my order is on its way. It definitely doesn’t take 6 months to get prints and albums. I have also been in contact with other people who report they’ve had the same situation with her. My money is spent along with the other people who didn’t get their albums or prints. She took our money and didn’t fulfill the order. I wish there was ZERO for the stars b/c that is what I would rate her. She should never be allowed to take anyone’s pics ever again. She should be embarrassed that she stole people’s cherished memories. ***************UPDATE******************** We along with may others filed a small claims case against her. Of course, she was a no show and we won. Now I will be taking this to the next court level to garnish any wages from her. We will get our money back somehow from her. I don’t care if it takes forever. Good luck starting over in Florida. Might want to take some editing classes since you didn’t edit your own photos. Hopefully she doesn’t use anyone’s photos to promote her new business. I never gave her permission nor signed anything for my photos to be used for any reason. One last thing...thanks again for screwing my family Kelly.

She did the same thing to my sister she took 853$ for picture and 75$ to come and do photo shoot back in August 2017 and never got pictures or canvas from her. She kept lying it will be ready soon and now she's not even answering phone calls or text messages. Does anyone know can we do something to get money back??? Please help!!!

If there was a zero star option I will put that. I paid for photos, and never received them. I was told over and over again that they would be done in another week and then nothing. She refuses to keep me updated and then when I requested a refund said she would get to it ASAP. I still have received nothing, no photos and no refund. If you want a photographer that will just steal your money then this is your woman. I will never recommend Kelly nor use her again.
