Physicians Of Family Medicine - Oxbridge

Quality of care has suffered here because good doctors have left the practice. The current staff has limited knowledge of medicine and are apathetic. The PA Ashton wears long acrylic nails when she sees patients which is a blatant violation of the rules of the Center for Diseases Control and Prevention. Long nails harbor bacteria and she could injure a patient but that didn't seem to be a priorty for her. She is more concerned that she "looks good" than her patients feel "good".

Not pleased at all with my doctor. I've been unhappy for 3 years but can no longer withstand it....I'm going to have to find someone new. At my last visit, I had two simple concerns and neither were addressed...not sure if she forgot or what???? I kept asking...

I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. I made an appointment for an annual physical and the attendant that made my appointment documented it incorrectly. I've had issues with incorrect coding in the past so made a point to confirm multiple times that this was preventative care and would be coded as such and received three separate confirmations during multiple calls. The appointment was then coded incorrectly and no one within the office would acknowledge the mistake and did nothing significant to fix the issue.

Love Dr. Jima!!!! The staff has changed a little, but everyone is professional and friendly.
