Keith is the best salesperson I’ve ever met. He gave us a grant tour and full education for every piano in store/stock. From digital to grand, and digital grand. Piano planet has the best collection of everything you want. Stairway, Rolland, Kawai, Yamaha. Also carry exclusive models. Please make sure you visit the store, and you can also enjoy beautiful music played by Keith. We brought the piano during their winter sale at beginning of December, great deals and they helped delivered to our place. It is such a wonderful shopping experience.

George was fantastic to deal with, and answered all my questions, before, during and after my visit to the store. He counseled me to keep an open mind until after I tried a variety of the pianos he had on the floor—and there were a lot of them! It really helped to be able to try a wide variety, and that helped me zero in on the features, the touch, the sound I really wanted. Not only do they have a stellar selection of various grand and upright pianos, the service was very warming and welcoming. I made an appointment with Keith, who right from the start, made me feel at home and comfortable in the store. He kindly walked me through all the various sounds, mechanisms, and various qualities of each piano. Furthermore, Piano Planet’s collection of Steinway and Son’s is absolutely magnificent. I was blown away by the range of pianos they had available. If you are looking to purchase an extravagant acoustic piano, this place takes the cake. We live in the Washington D.C. area, where we have access to numerous Steinway, Bosendorfer and Yamaha dealers, and Piano Planet is as good as it gets. They have an utterly amazing Steinway B on the floor--the best piano I've sampled in nearly a year of piano shopping. George, the manager, is wonderful--attentive, gracious especially since he knew we were from out of town, and very low-pressure. If we didn't live so far away, I would purchase my piano here.

Just incredible! The service we received was stellar. We came in thinking we knew what we wanted. But thanks to the staff's expertise in explaining the features in a digital piano that contribute to the "feel" eg escapement, acoustic enhancing, etc, we were able to spend time getting acquainted with at least 10 or so of the pianos in the store that we were really enjoying, while understanding the specifics of what we liked and didn't like. The piano we brought home has provided hours of fun every day since then and I don't think there's another possession of ours that provides nearly as much happiness as our new piano. Purchased new Steinway D concert grand piano in Honolulu with trade in of older piano. Was not easy to have this shipped and moved to Kauai - but working together with the head of this store George Nellas we found a way - and George personally flew over to assure delivery and customer satisfaction.

George is awesome! Very helpful with making the best choice and even went out of his way to make sure we got the present in time for Christmas! Lots of extra effort to make someone special happy on the holiday! I will refer to my friends anytime I get a chance!

Wonderful all around experience. Sent a request for info via the website and was contacted by George. Answered all my questions about inventory and pricing. And then sent me a follow up email when the item I was interested in was the last one in stock. Offered to hold it in the showroom until I could pick it up. Very friendly service, beautiful showroom, amazing inventory. These guys are just great.

I’m from out of town and dropped in with an odd request for help. George went out of his way, was generous and gracious, even though he knew I wasn’t a potential buyer. Music stores can be intimidating places, especially piano stores with $40,000 instruments on display. But this is the place I would go to feel at ease and welcome. Nice to know that this genuinely helpful, friendly service is available to the people of Oahu searching for any style and price range of piano.

Tom Fleagle is a great guy! He's easy to talk to and was not an agressive salesperson at all. He's personable and knows his pianos.
