Pic-Pac Supermarket

The owners bought this place almost a year ago and there is still some of that food still being sold from their shelves today! The tartar sauce was expired several months ago that I recently pointed out. Well now their sausage has made my daughter extremely sick!! I even asked the lady how long it had been on the shelf because there was no expiration date on the package she promised it was fresh. Not the case!!!!

One star is too much for the store it's more like an inside flea market than a grocery store anymore. They immediately raised prices on things that the previous manager had at every day prices. While letting the shelves and the meat department run empty on selection they have concentrated on bringing cheap trinkets into the store to sell bringing down the neighborhood so that folks don't have a place to do the grocery shopping for us and them to go to other places that are less convenient

Store has outdated meats, sugar was hard as a rock, I should have known by the smell. The customer service is very bad. When I advised the owner he stated that I knew the meat was GREEN. Really....the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and the CDC NEEDS TO BE CALLED. THE EASTERN PARKWAY STORE IS GOING TO GO TO HELL.

I heard that this store was closing this month. They have been closed yesterday and this morning. Does anyone out there know the owners and where they are moving? I was told by the lady that staffs the front desk/counter that they would open a new store somewhere in town. Could you please let me know where they have moved. Thank you and have a nice life.

Absolutely abhorrent behavior from the owner of this particular storefront. Don't plan to patronize again. Physically threatening behavior toward customers and use of racial slurs. Say goodbye to my patronage!

I used to like pic Pac when the old owner was there. Now new owners seem nice people but never have sale. Anything in produce food. Never have good bargain always out of things.

The store is sparse in goods and the owner needs a course in customer service. I had an awful experence and i worked in retail and I would have been fired for how they treated me.I guess he doesnt wa t to stay in business for long.

This store needs to be closed down. Quite honestly, this entire shopping center needs to be demolished and rebuilt. It was utterly disgusting and unacceptable. This neighborhood has too much pride for businesses like this to operate. DO NOT GO HERE.

New owners that are moving forward. Come out and see what real customer service is all about !! Excellent meat Dept

I cannot say "grosd" enough to get my point across. The store is not only filthy but it also stinks. Disappointing
