I love my shutters. Best home upgrade that we have made. I have had them for 10 years or more. My husband wacked the corner of one shutter with an oxygen tank thx covid19 and they came right out and fixed it. Customer service was excellent. Friendly and fast.
“Eyes Open”....Bad customer service and professionalism I don’t recommend it to nobody. I paid a high price for a really bad quality. They came several times trying to fix their mistakes and never happened. Lost money
My shutters look fabulous! Customer service perfect! Only reason for the 4 stars, installers did not wear booties, wet day outside, and paint, or putty, left on my carpet. Other than that, installers were great, repaired a couple slats upon request. Booties a must! Very pleased!
I am very impressed with Picasso. Great quality, great price and what I appreciate the most was the professionalism with the installers. They were friendly and very respectful wearing booties in the house and left everything clean. Thank you! I would highly recommend Picasso.
