Pick'n Save Food Stores

Picked up a cake that they made, and when asked if the lady can write on it "happy birthday" she tells me she can't because her designer is on vacation but who made all of these? See video And if she was the manager for the bakery I'm sure she could've done it. Of course this happened 15 minutes later after no one was there to attend me and someone else paged her. So frustrating

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. This Pick n Save is the most disrespectful Pick n Save I have ever been to. Every time I come here they always lie about their prices. On the “tag” it’ll say the price but when I go to the cashier it’s a completely different price more than the original. But once I go complain they don’t like it. They’re extremely impolite. Someone must correct this problem, either someone above the employees or the store managers.

Staff closed all the self checkouts before 7:30 pm and sent away the people that had already been in line to use them, and only left 2 checkout lanes open while they had over a dozen people in line, multiple of them with full carts. We only had 3 items so left the stuff on shelves and left rather than spending more time in line than we did shopping.

Love the Friday Fish Fry but .... am beyond sick of having to dodge the annoying Spectrum hucksters that are either in the area by the shopping carts or right inside the entry doors. Go away! I don't like shopping much to begin with let alone having to be hassled by peddlers from other vendors while doing it.

Shut down all aisles except 2 at 7:30 with over 20 people in line. Forgot my prescription on the counter. Went back immediately and they had locked it back up in pharmacy which NO ONE has access to as the pharmacist left at 8pm. Brilliant.

I really hate shopping shopping, and I especially hate grocery shopping these days. But I had the most delightful experience at this pick and save location. I only live in Milwaukee 6 months of the year and am really unfamiliar with most of the grocery stores and have a difficult time finding the items I need. I stopped at the store this morning because they had a special promotion about pick and save fuel points. I went to customer service to inquire about the program and asked Alicia about the program and the fine details on how it worked. She was unsure of some of the finer points of the program and rather than give me bad information, she contacted Carol who, although she was on her break, came to customer service and answered all my questions. I then went to pay for some groceries and met Sue who helped me with a transaction.. She was so pleasant and so cheerful and I said to her that it was nice to be in the land of "polite again." As I walked to my car, I was greeted by Bobby who was collecting the carts and we exchanged a few pleasant words. It turned out to be a great shopping experience and all I can say is, Well done all.

Nice and clean. Only con 4 me is that it is mostly self service at checkout here. One cashier at 1pm on a Friday. Got a good deal tho. Tissue on sale.

You don't even deserve a star. Mother's day weekend. 1 checker. The rest self serve. I have a basket of at least $250.00 . Lines keep getting longer. Asked where the manager was. No where to be found. So I am standing in line for self check out. Even when I get up there. I let someone go ahead who had less items. Now its my turn start checking out and notice have to pay with card only. So I left my cart of groceries Manager should look for a new job. Not doing a very good job. May 7 at 315pm

This location has been on a downfall since covid and I understand the lack of stock ...but every time I go to this store there are 15 or less carts available and withi6thos said carts half or more of the wheels of n said carts wheels are so worn down they create an earthquake when you roll them down the isles half the time when I stop on the way home only half the self checkouts are open and lines run down the isles...this location need significant improvement I will not spend another dime with location until these critical problems are fixed

I have been shopping at this pick n save for 13years and it is still the worst grocery store in the area. Horrible produce, old produce. Anytime I complain about it they always say the same thing, that they just hired a new produce manager so it should improve...and it never has! The meat departments quality has also declined greatly. It just seems no matter what the quality at this store has always been horrible. Employees seem as though they dont care. I really wish it would improve, I have waited too long. In my opinion they should close this location. ***UPDATE...stopped here quick on a tuesday this week 08/02/22, and the store is in the worst shape it has ever been in....I am absoulutely never coming back here and surprised anyone even shops here anymore. Store was dirty, horrible selection like stuff was missing, conveyor belt looked like its never cleaned off, pay machine and buttons look dirty like it is never wiped down either. very low on bags and none were even attached to the metal racks. The employees have an I dont care attitude. There were only 2 there at the front parking lot is full of garbage and broken glass and no security anymore! Kroger has let it run into the ground. Im sure the only people that shop there are close by because there are plenty of other options within 10mins or less that are nice. Never coming back to this store.
