We found out about this beautiful family owned business after my daughter’s engagement and I have taken all my jewelry there including her engagement ring and wedding band. Their prices are very fair for the quality they provide and they are always so kind and professional. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for high quality jewelry, custom jewelry, and repairs.

This is a wonderful jewelry store with beautiful items. Nicest staff ever! I had a solitary diamond built into a diamond band and they did a beautiful job. Today I needed a new battery for my watch and he said it would take 5 minutes!! Never had immediate service in other stores. Highly recommend!

They did an amazing job of converting my mother’s wedding ring to a beautiful necklace. A previous jeweler had not wanted to include tiny stones but Pickens was able to make a gorgeous sentimental piece that will be greatly appreciated. I explained a tight time frame and they were able to deliver it earlier than expected!

My engagement ring needed to be reset and they did EXACTLY what I wanted and turned it into my dream ring. I would fully trust them with all jewelry pieces going forward. Really amazing customer service as well!

Pickens Jewelers is the best place to repair your treasures; however, they also sell beautiful jewelry for reasonable prices. In fact they have a great sale going on through August. The family based company is iconic and the people there are super friendly and helpful.

For decades, Pickens Jewelers has been a prestigious Atlanta firm known for quality merchandise, excellent jewelry repairs, and integrity. Recently I drove across town with my grandmother’s 125+ year old ring of marginal monetary value and in dire need of repair. My local jewelers had declared the ring beyond affordable help. Pickens, to the contrary, treated the ring as though it had great worth, repaired it within a week, and charged me a most reasonable price. May Pickens and this old ring continue to thrive.

I had been looking for a very specific type of ring for years. I just happened to find one that was exactly what I wanted in an antique shop in New Jersey. I fell in love with the ring, but it was too big for any of my fingers. The first thing I did when I got home was look for a place to get it resized. I was worried after I realized that some shops will only resize rings from their own collection, others will only size a ring down 2 sizes. They were happy to resize my ring, and said it wasn't a problem to bring it down 3 sizes. I got it back today, and I'm so happy to finally be able to wear it. They did a beautiful job with it, and it fits perfectly now. The staff are very friendly and professional, and they have a very beautiful and unique collection of jewelry in their store.
