Pickett's Press

I'm going to have to take the time out of my day to leave a review. I'm a Realtor. I have a $5m listing coming up. I wanted something to reach out to the neighborhood that was classy and visibly nice. I contacted this company THREE times and exchanged emails with someone live at the company. I asked for paper samples because this product is quite pricey - having been in the marketing/design game for a long time, paper samples are quite, quite common and many companies have a request link directly on their site. I was categorically ignored. Even after allowing for holidays/weekend/etc, and following up. A if you're going to spend $2000 on 150 notecards, you have a d*mn obligation to be sure you're going to like the product! The onus is literally on the buyer to make sure! For a premium product at an astronomical price: sub-par service, sub-par communication. I bought something pretty similar on Crane's site in 60 seconds and for $400 though I was prepared to go through with my purchase here after seeing the paper. Do not recommend.

As a long time client of Pickett's Press, I have worked with them on everything from purchasing customized items for a weekend with friends, to holiday cards, to embossed stationary to a simple luggage tag...all experiences have been top rate. The items are elegant and of the highest quality, the staff is creative and easy to work with, and delivery of items is quick and hassle free. Definitely give my highest recommendation!

In order to save a little money I ordered flat print cards... it was still expensive and over $450 for 50 envelopes. I was very disappointed when I received the cards as I can hardly read my name it is so faint and small. It looked just fine on the proof because it was just a close up shot. When I expressed with their customer service department that I was not pleased they told me they would redo it but it would be at a charge of a few hundred dollars. I told them that I was not happy with the outcome and I would never do business with them again. I have ordered beautiful statationaly from companies such as Checkerboard, Crane, etc... for less money and a much better quality.

I never knew the difference in quality of product and experience until I met with Kate and her team. Absolutely the best whether one is looking for one box of stationery or a full on wedding extravaganza. Thank you.
