One of my friends and I met up here to catch up. When I arrived at about 4:30 I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and they were just opening. I was greeted and decided to sit at the bar. The spot was so cute and spacious, also they had indoor and outdoor dining. I was told they were having a band that night as well as they frequently do. Our bartender was Ray and it was his first day but he did so well and kept his composure. For my drink I ordered the fresh made red sangria and that wasn't bad at all. My friend ordered a glass of white wine which she enjoyed. For my meal I ordered the beyond meat burger with fries and that was good and filling. *This bar has a lot of vegan and vegetarian options fyi.* I also ordered the malbec wine and that was pretty tasty. My bill was very affordable. I must say I felt well treated at this spot and I will definitely return for another visit.
Friend and I stopped her for a bite. We got the wings which were ok. Nachos and I got a chicken sandwhich and he got a burger. I really the food was just ok. Not awful but nothing g I'd return to
We've been meaning to go here for a while, and we finally made it a priority to stop in and check it out. So glad that we did. We had a great experience. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating, The food is really good. We ended up ordering a couple of appetizers such as the chicken wings as well as the calamari. For the entrees we stuck to the burgers, which were served with the standard french fries. I have to say that the burgers were really good and cooked exactly the way that we wanted and overall just had great flavor. I can't say enough about the wait staff. Everybody was just super accommodating and very nice. Really very lovely people. The atmosphere was not like your standard sports bar, although they were plenty of TVs on the wall with various games playing. They actually had a very nice atmosphere with a good selection of music in the background, but it was very easy to have a conversation about whatever without having to raise your voice. It was a very cool atmosphere. This is certainly going to be on our list of places to haunt from time to time. Looking forward to the next time
We've always been fans of Pickett's, but this weekend they proved why they are the best of the best. Long story short, we called them on Friday because the venue where we were supposed to host a party for 150+ told us at the last minute they were unable to open. Nick and his team scrambled into action and put together an incredible event on 24 hours notice. The food was great, the staff was great and we couldn't be more grateful. Pickett's is a class act and we're lucky to have them in our community.
Outstanding! We had a great family dinner here and tried a little bit of everything pizza, burger, tacos, salad cocktails, wine. Very broad menu, so definitely something for everyone. Food and drinks were excellent and the service was top notch.
Came here for the first time a year ago and absolutely loved it! They have happy hour drinks /food from 4 to 6pm, including $10 pizza cheese or Margherita, $1 hot /teriyaki/BBQ wings minimum 8 and a nice selection of draught beers! We ordered calamari, hot wings, beers and the apple cobbler with vanilla ice cream and bourbon caramel!. Everything was so amazing! Second time here we ordered some cocktails, bang bang shrimp and burgers; simply amazing. The bartenders/ servers were super friendly and conversational and the place itself was really nice and clean. I loved it. Definitely coming back!
Racist establishment! I visited pickets village bar on a Thursday evening with two of my friends. I made reservations for the patio. When we got there, the hostess took us to the tent. I told her to please sit us on the patio because that’s where I specified I wanted to sit when I booked my reservation. She sat us on a small high top. I asked to be sat at one of the larger picnic tables because we are three girls with all our hand bags the table was a little small. I believe it was the manager who came out and told us those tables were for people with reservations. I told him I did have a reservation and he proceeded to say the picnic tables are for larger groups with reservations. I said ok. About 10-15 mins later a couple, both of them white were seated at the picnic table, then later two other white women were seated at another picnic table the same table that he said was for larger groups. the picnic table directly behind me and my other BLACK friends remained empty the entire time we were there. Needless to say this establishment is RACIST. We won’t be going back and do not recommend. The food was just ok.
Omg the spiked apple cider was amazing! Staff was friendly and attentive. Service was great. During the uncertainty of COVID-19, it was reassuring to see them use disposable plates, cups, and utensils. The pizza, Calamari, fish at tacos, and salmon was delicious. If outdoor dining continues, more heating is needed.
Great food, excellent service and the ambience is a whole mood. I try to get here every weekend for a drink and some chill music. The owner is very nice as well.
My family shared 2 bar pies and both were delicious. We enjoyed sitting outside under an open tent, the selection of local beers, and the band that was playing. But what really stood out was the staff -- everyone we interacted with was noticeably attentive and kind. We'll be back!
