Picture Perfect Ultrasound is a Family Friendly Ultrasound Imaging center in Billings Montana. We perform Diagnostic ultrasounds on men, women and children of all ages. In addition, we perform 3D/4D Ultrasounds on pregnant moms. We specialize in all types of diagnostic ultrasound.

You DO have a CHOICE where you can receive Ultrasound Imaging services. Picture Perfect Ultrasound accepts referrals from ALL physicians, or other providers, for Diagnostic and Elective Ultrasounds. We are an fully licensed facility accepting all Insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, IHS and self pay patients.

Picture Perfect Ultrasound has a created a relaxing, inviting, family friendly atmosphere specifically designed to ease the stress patients often feel when needing medical care. Patients are our #1 priority and our goal is to make your Ultrasound imaging experience stress-free and memorable.

Getting your Ultrasounds done by an ARDMS Credentialed Sonographer is important. Picture Perfect Ultrasound employs staff that are ARDMS Credentialed and Licensed with a minimum of 19 years experience. We strive to provide you the best quality Ultrasound imaging while maintaining your privacy and meeting the needs of each patient.

Our office is ground level, handicap accessible with plentiful parking.

My wife and I chose Picture Perfect after a bad experience at another facility. Buffy is absolutely knowledgeable and very professional. She takes her time to insure all the necessary information and images are there. She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable, while explaining what she is doing and why. If we have any need at all for ultrasounds in the future, we are immediately asking for a referral to her.
We recently went to Picture Perfect Ultrasound to get my baby's anatomy scan done and we had an absolute AMAZING experience!! Laura the front desk assistant helped checking us in and was sweet and very welcoming. Buffy, who did my ultrasound was FANTASTIC! She made me and my family feel comfortable and at home. She did such a wonderful job and made it fun! We all giggled and had a great time. Thank you Buffy and Laura for that amazing experience. I highly recommend Picture Perfect to anyone!
Extremely professional, I was sent in on time, thoroughly explained the process. Buffy explained the entire process to me and what I was seeing on the screen. Highly recommended.
Laura gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Buffy saw my son’s worries and immediately put his mind at ease. She explained what she was going to do step-by-step. Thank you for making him feel safe. We will use Picture Perfect Ultrasound again.
I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. Buffy was very knowledgeable. I appreciated how she explained everything she was doing as she was doing it. I highly recommend Picture Perfect Ultrasound.
Was really hoping to get a 3D/4D ultrasound so i called to see if i could schedule an appointment. Spoke with Laura i think her name was and wow she was rude. I asked how to go about scheduling a 4D ultrasound and she responds really snotty with “well we don’t take walk ins so you have to schedule an appointment” and i said okay how do i go about scheduling this is my first baby, i don't know how this office operates and she said “well you’re doing it right now” again, really snotty. I told her never mind i was just going to go somewhere else. Definitely upset that you get treated that way with just being excited to see your baby. Update- they reached out and were very kind and apologetic.
What an amazing caring team!!! I was in town for a week and needed an ultrasound, Picture Perfect was amazing to work with, fast, friendly and very caring. I was so impressed and I could really feel that they cared about what I was going through! Thank you for your amazing service! Love and I wish I could give 10 stars!
