Pictures Plus-Kakaako

Very satisfied with the mounting of my canvas for $86. The painting was meticulously packed for pickup; it shows the pride Picture Plus takes in their job. It took only 4 days to frame it. I wish they offered a military discount having so many military bases in Oahu.

First let me say this place has awesome customer service. Went here with my husband to get our family photo framed. Staff assisted us with selecting a beautiful frame and we decided to get the photo redone as well. Took a week to get it all back, so the turn around was pretty quick but once we got the frame home we discovered there was huge chip in the corner. So we return the entire frame and the store apologized and had it all redone. Got the new photo and frame back in another week and brought it home. Only to discover more chips on both the right and left corner. Also the glass which we purchased to not have reflective light and glare issues does. No matter if the light is on or not the glare is horrible. I'm very disappointed because we spent over $500 for the photo and frame. If we return it this will be a second return and at this point I believe the quality of the frame is the issue and no matter how many times we return this frame will always have issues with chipping. I'm sorry to say this store does not have good quality frames. I will have to keep this for now and have it reframed once I return to the mainland.

I came to Pictures Plus to get a custom Photo Frame. Kalani helped me find a perfect frame for my Father’s photo and set me up. This is the best customer service I ever had. He is a good hearted person. Totally my go to place for any framing needs.

Alan helped me frame my degrees and provided the pinnacle of customer service at each of my visits to the store. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about the services they provided and his expertise created frames that will preserve and display my degrees for decades to come. I highly recommend Pictures Plus. Just Amazing! Capri helped me & just helped pick out the frames I needed at a Great Price since shipping to various location on the Mainland. I came back to pick up & she was there. And gave me a water since took Bus & walked... Super SUPER Kind & Excellent frames & Customer Service!!! Mahalo

I needed new glass for a non standard frame Pictures Plus measured the frame and ordered glass to fit perfectly. Saved me a lot of stress as l had accidently broken the glass and wasn't sure how l was going to replace it. Great service!

We had many pictures frame at Pictures plus in Pearl Harbor. They are helpful and make sure you are getting what you're looking for at the price you can afford. They also have a great selection of pictures too. Check them out!!!!

Helpful and courteous, we walked in while they were having lunch. Our salesperson got right up to help us, she never went back to her sandwich or looked at it. She helped us through out our sale.

Came to the store on a Friday afternoon at 3:40 pm. Door locked, someone sitting at the counter, pretending I'm not there, no one answering the phone. I understand only opening 3 days during a pandemic, but if you're going to say you're open till 4 pm then open till 4pm.
